The focus is on moving your body, and to produce as much dopamine as possible to feel good and be good.

This fitness group is for:

- you to socialize, be yourself and have some YOU time

- a group of people that come together to just move and stay active

- all fitness levels

- all types of personalities

- for everyone!

  • HIIT:

(High-Intensity Interval Training) workouts are ideal for anyone looking to get lean, toned, build strength and seeking to gain fitness elements. HIIT is a form of interval training, a cardiovascular exercise strategy alternating short periods of intense anaerobic exercise with less intense recovery periods.

This method is not just restricted to cardio and frequently includes weights for the short periods as well.

All fitness levels welcome!

  • Yoga

Ashtanga yoga is a part of Hatha Yoga. It was founded in India by Patthabi Jois and is nowadays practiced all across the globe.

In this class we will practice Ashtanga Yoga Innovation. The traditional series - beautiful as they are - quite often seen to be too demanding on first sight. With Ashtanga Yoga Innovation (AYI©) the series will be started with a so-called basic form that is integrating new perceptions of sports medicine and Yoga therapy. This makes Ashtanga accessible for all bodies and abilities, from beginners to advanced and requires no previous knowledge or experience.

  • Zumba

Zumba is a fitness program that combines Latin, international and today's hits music with dance moves. Zumba routines incorporate interval training — alternating fast and slow rhythms — to help improve cardiovascular fitness.

Zumba targets lots of different muscle groups at once for total body toning and boosts your heart health. You not only get aerobic benefits (it really gets your heart rate up), you also get anaerobic benefits – the kind that help you maintain a good cardiovascular respiratory system.
